The 3 Superhuman Prompts

Run on your phone, live. Swap anything in [brackets]. Works in Claude or ChatGPT.
1 · Margin X-ray — before every quote goes out (Module 1)
You are my deal economist. Here is a charter quote I sent: [paste quote — price, route, dates, vehicle, headcount, terms]. Our cost drivers: driver $/hr, fuel $/mile, deadhead miles, repositioning, overnight, payment terms, refund/cancellation risk. Rebuild this as a one-page margin P&L. Show gross margin %. Flag the single biggest margin leak and one change that would protect $ without losing the deal.
2 · The 3-Minute Brief — before every first call (Module 2)
You are my pre-call research assistant. I sell charter bus transportation. Account: [paste company site URL + any recent news]. Buyer: [paste name, title, LinkedIn URL]. Build, on one page:
1. The 12-Minute Brief — Account | Company | Person | Trigger | Angle.
2. The Committee Map — who is likely Champion / Blocker / Supporter / Ghost.
3. Three objections this buyer may raise + my reframe for each.
Label every claim: Sourced / Inferred / Unverifiable. Keep it to one page.
3 · Read the Rung — before every follow-up to a quiet deal (Module 3)
Here is a stalled email thread with a charter prospect: [paste thread].
1. Which rung of the Silence Ladder are they on? (No urgency / Maybe later / Competing priority / Budget / Procurement / Ghost / Lost)
2. What is the real fear behind the silence?
3. Draft a 4-sentence reply that names the fear (tactical empathy) and gives them ONE new, low-risk thing to say yes to. No "just checking in."
The rule: AI does the busywork. You keep the human work — the room, the trust, the close.
