01 — The Situation

Executives do not need another AI overview. They need to leave having built something.

Most AI training explains. These sessions make the room do the work, and the recap, demo, guided build, own build and debrief arc is the same whether the audience is a CXO cohort or a sales team.

Where it started

  • Slide-led AI sessions with no artefact at the end.
  • Tool demos disconnected from the participant's own function.
  • No follow-through after the room empties.

Where it is now

  • One deliverable per session: an agent, a website, a research brief, a prompt pack.
  • Function-specific tracks for marketing, sales, finance, HR and healthcare.
  • Ship logs, capstones and teach-the-news formats that keep cohorts building between sessions.

02 — What I Did

Programmes designed around a build, not a lecture.

  1. Open

    Recap, then demo

The session starts from what the room already knows, then shows the tool doing the participant's own job.

  2. Build

    Guided build, then own build

Participants build alongside the demo, then build the thing their own function needs.

  3. Close

    Debrief and take it home

Every session ends with one deliverable: a working agent, a live website, a research brief or a prompt pack.

03 — The Result

Rooms that leave with something working.

The rating is the proxy. The real outcome is the artefact each participant takes back to their desk.
